Behind the Story: Personal FAQs
Are you still part of the current band performing as “Rumours ATL”?
No. I stepped away in March 2025 after eleven years of leading, creating, and building Rumours ATL™ from the ground up. I am not involved with the current touring group in any way. Rumours ATL™ Productions (my company) has no affiliation with any performances currently using the name.
What really happened behind the scenes?
Here’s the honest, simple version: After over a decade with the band, things behind the scenes became stressful, unclear, and increasingly unhealthy. The final breaking point for me was a situation involving me being denied access to to the rental car keys on tour — something that made me realize the environment was no longer safe or respectful. I chose to step away for my own well-being. Everything I share publicly is my personal experience — not an accusation or commentary on anyone else’s intentions.
Why does there seem to be confusion about ownership?
Because after I left, the band continued performing under the same name — the one I created and developed — even though the rights were never transferred. This has confused fans, venues, and even Google search results. That’s a big part of why I filed the trademark in 2025 and why I use this website to keep things clear.
Did the band ever acknowledge you as the creator?
Yes. Their attorney directly stated in writing that I created the band and the brand. That admission is part of the official record.
Are you sharing this out of anger or to “get back” at anyone?
No. I’m sharing my story because it’s part of my life — and because my podcast is literally about the rise, the break, the aftershocks, and the rebuilding of my creative identity. I wish everyone well. I’m simply telling the truth of my experience.
Are you allowed to talk about this publicly?
Yes. I never signed an NDA, and everything I discuss is strictly my own lived experience — legally safe, factual, and grounded.
Do you miss performing?
Absolutely — I miss the fans, the music, and the magic of being onstage. But I don’t miss the environment. Right now, the podcast is where my voice belongs.
Will you ever perform Fleetwood Mac again?
Maybe someday. But, for now, I am pouring everything into storytelling, healing, and building something new.
