Rumours ATL™ Productions is an independently owned creative production entity operated by Mekenzie Zimmerman, the original founder and former lead vocalist of the tribute project formerly known as “Rumours ATL.”
This entity and its associated intellectual property, including the Rumours ATL™ name, domain, and related branding, are privately owned and trademark-protected under U.S. law.
Any unauthorized use of the “Rumours ATL” name, likeness, photos, or promotional materials featuring past members — including Ms. Zimmerman — is strictly prohibited. Venues, booking agents, and media outlets are hereby notified that Rumours ATL™ Productions is not affiliated with any current performing act using the name “Rumours ATL.”

If you have received promotional content or show listings referencing “Rumours ATL”:
• Please ensure all media, photos, and descriptions reflect current performers only.
• Do not use images or recordings of former members, including Ms. Zimmerman, for event marketing or ticket sales.
• Direct any inquiries regarding name rights or intellectual property to mekenziezimmerman@gmail.com.
LEGAL STATUS
The Rumours ATL™ name and domain are actively protected as intellectual property of Rumours ATL™ Productions. Any unauthorized commercial or promotional use of the name or materials will be considered infringement and subject to appropriate legal action.
